Important Dates for Seniors – 2026

Important Dates

April 17, 2026 – Senior Meeting and Celebration

May 18 - 22, 2026 – Finals Week

May 18, 2026 – Get check out and fine slips – pick up 1st hour. See green sheet for steps to complete by Friday.

May 20,2026 – Senior Awards Night @ 6pm Auditorium

May 22, 2026 – Seniors Last Day

  • Yearbook signing
  • Turn in check out sheets and fines to Ms. Amber in SAC
  • Senior sunset @ Stadium -sunset is @ 8:18

May 27, 2026 – Senior Day-ALL ACTIVITIES MANDATORY

  • 9:30-12:00 - Senior checkout - Final chance to pay fines, turn in books, IPADS. Pick up cap & gown
  • 11:30-12:00 Senior Cookout - Stadium
  • 12:10- Line up at Stadium to walk over to Johnson for JJHS & Elementary parades (will be bussed to schools) *Seniors in cap and gown*
  • 2:25 - South Assembly and senior recognition

May 28, 2026 – Graduation practice – Frontier Park 1:30-3:00pm

May 29, 2026 – GRADUATION – 5:00pm

  • Photo op @ South 12:00-8:00 w/ Bison ect.
  • Line up @4:00pm in Exhibition Hall
  • Following ceremony pick up diploma in Exhibition Hall

REMINDER -All fines MUST BE paid before you can receive your cap, gown and diploma. After May 1st no personal checks will be accepted – only cash, credit card and money orders.

Important

  • All fines must be paid before you graduate
  • Per Board policy caps may not be decorated

Graduation Information

  • In-School Order Event: Monday, October 20th 9:00 am - 12:30 pm, Commons
  • Early Bird Discount Deadline: January 1, 2026
  • Graduation Announcement Delivery: Orders will ship to your home beginning March 2026
  • Final Day to Order Cap & Gown, May 1, 2026
  • Senior Awards Night May 20
  • iPad Check-In: May 18th - 22nd, Library
  • Last Day for Seniors: May 22nd
  • Cap & Gown Delivery Day (Senior Checkout Day) May 27 South High Commons
  • Elementary Schools Graduation Walk May 27 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
  • Required Graduation Practice May 28 Meet at Frontier Park
  • Graduation Ceremony May 29th 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm Frontier Park

  • Gowns, caps, tassels and graduation bling are available on their website.
  • Graduation gowns are purchased.  You do not need to return them following graduation.
